We are seeking a skilled Program Administrator to join our Volunteer Services department as a Tech Coaching Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Tech Coaching experience for prospective and current older adults and volunteers by monitoring referrals, onboarding volunteers, posting opportunities, and tracking visits.
  • Engage with internal and external constituents, communicate clearly and positively, and provide logistical support for program operations.
  • Maintain administrative systems, conduct outreach to program participants, review feedback forms, and respond to questions.
  • Co-facilitate monthly tech coaching volunteer orientation sessions and input data into DOROT's Client Information Management System (Salesforce) and Mon Ami.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience working with volunteers, older adults, and/or non-profit organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems, work independently, and as a collaborative team member.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and customer service skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce data entry and knowledge of databases a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of and comfort with current and emergent technology.
What We Offer:
  • An annualized base salary between $42,000-$48,000 commensurate with experience.
