Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant operations professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and achieve company goals.
- Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess performance, provide coaching and feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
- Strong business acumen, including financial analysis and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations and work in a fast-paced environment.
