Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $240,000 USD, along with a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance, and disability benefits. Additionally, employees enjoy paid time off for sick leave and vacation.

Job Description

As a Senior Project Engineer at Precision Medicine Group, you will provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for clients navigating the engineering lifecycle of cutting-edge equipment and manufacturing processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Creating alignment with cross-functional client departments
  • Proactively identifying and escalating roadblocks
  • Utilizing critical thinking skills and knowledge of problem-solving skills to identify creative solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, as well as comparable military experience. You must also be willing to travel as required to support project and business needs. Full-time on-site client presence is essential for this position.
