We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Central Nebraska Rehabilitation Services.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong ability to multitask.

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Patient Service: Greet patients, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage waiting rooms.
  • Front Desk Operations: Maintain accurate records, handle billing and insurance verifications, and coordinate discharge processes.
  • Communication: Liaise with therapists, staff, and patients to ensure smooth communication and resolve any issues that may arise.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and practice management software.
