About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Professional to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and providing expert hair and beauty services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality hair and beauty services, including haircuts, color, styling, and makeup applications.
  • Consult with guests to understand their beauty needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and productivity targets by delivering exceptional guest service and promoting Ulta Beauty products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, skin therapists, and retail team members to provide a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and services, and share knowledge with colleagues to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Cosmetology license
  • Previous relevant salon experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
