Sales Development Representative

Are you a sales enthusiast looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative at Alltex Staffing & Personnel. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 6 months of outside sales experience.
- 3-8 months of marketing experience.
- 6 months of customer service experience in a light or heavy industrial setting.
- Ability to travel locally.
- Valid driver's license.
- E-Verify, drug test, and background check.
