Job Description

Trinity Glen, a Lutheran Services Carolinas community, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for all shifts.

We offer various scheduling options, including 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, as well as flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Benefits start after 30 days of employment, including insurance and PTO.

A FREE Health Insurance Premium Option is available.

Our Nurse Tuition Program provides tuition coverage for teammates accepted into a community college nursing program.

Additional Pay:
  • Weekend shift differential: $4.00/hour for all shifts
  • Pay in lieu of benefits: $3.00 extra per hour
