Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Escort patients from the waiting area to the treatment room, ensuring a comfortable and timely experience.
  • Treatment Area Preparation: Clean and prepare the treatment area before and after each patient session, maintaining a sterile and organized environment.
  • Laundry Management: Attend to clinic soiled laundry using appropriate precautions, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Documentation: Assist therapists with documentation of rehabilitation flow sheets, transcribing dictated notes as needed.
  • Scheduling and Administration: Collaborate with the rehab manager to maintain OSHA cleaning logs, schedule appointments, and perform administrative tasks as required.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school graduate or equivalent.
  • One year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and basic computer skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $42,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
