Job Title: Sales Manager

At Sanden International, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our commercial business development efforts in the North American Heavy Duty truck and Off-Highway markets.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in these key markets. Key responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer personnel in the Heavy Duty truck and Off-Highway markets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the North American Heavy Duty truck and Off-Highway markets.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Sales Planning: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (Preferred); MBA highly desirable.
  • 2-5 years' experience in Technical Sales/Account Management, with a proven track record of driving measurable and meaningful business results.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously required.
  • Ability to successfully interact with a wide range of customer and dealership personnel.
  • Must be knowledgeable of automotive quality systems and procedures.
  • Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Requires strong computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Work Environment:

The primary work area is in an office setting. Must work normal office hours plus provide support on evenings and weekend (as needed). May participate in phone or video calls during or after hours.
