Job Summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through active listening, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide solutions to customer issues and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements
  • Proficient in Spanish and English
  • 6 months customer service experience minimum
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer system
  • Proven oral & written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
