About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Communication Services Specialist to join our team at Madison Telecommunications INC. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining audio, security, video, and internet services.

In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions that meet their requirements. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will enable you to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain residential and commercial communication systems, including audio, security, video, and internet services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the installation and maintenance of their communication systems.
  • Work effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate installations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs, using appropriate software and applications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions that meet their requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Basic construction knowledge of residential and commercial structures.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to read and interpret operating instructions and procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, and work at heights.
