Job Responsibilities

As a Nursing Assistant at Cassia CONNECT, your duties will include:

  • Providing hands-on personal care to residents, enhancing their quality of life through supportive communication and engagement in daily activities.
  • Assisting nurses with delegated tasks, such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with no prior experience required.
  • The ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 35 lbs.
  • A valid MN Background Check.
