About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a per diem capacity. This role offers flexibility and variety, allowing you to work on a part-time basis while making a meaningful contribution to patient care.

Job Summary

The LPN will provide nursing care to designated patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This includes performing direct and indirect patient care duties, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized patient care based on assessment and plan of care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and plan for discharge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the State of Arizona.
  • Graduate from an accredited Practical School of Nursing required.
  • Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred.
