Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Bluegreen Vacations. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer interactions, and team productivity.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • At least 1+ years of sales or marketing experience, with previous management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the timeshare industry, OPC marketing, or telemarketing sales is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
