About the Role

Turner & Townsend International is seeking an experienced Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to work on a massive data center construction program. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing costs and ensuring the project is delivered within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage costs and ensure the project is delivered within budget;
  • Work closely with the client and internal teams to achieve project goals;
  • Provide cost management and quantity surveying services to the client;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cost management and quantity surveying;
  • Strong understanding of construction industry practices and procedures;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
