Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled RN Progressive Care Unit nurse to join our team at UChealth Greeley Hospital. As a member of our dynamic team, you will provide top-notch patient care utilizing the nursing process and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a technically complex environment, utilizing Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) level of care.
- Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence-based practice to deliver high-quality care.
- Model proficiency through precepting new staff members and contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months of ICU or PCU nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
- ACLS certification and BLS through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer.
- Competitive salary: $35.29 - $54.71 per hour, dependent on relevant experience.
