Job OverviewAs a Renal Therapy Specialist, you will provide lifesaving dialysis treatments, manage patient observations, and support an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced hospital setting. Required Skills and Qualifications- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice;
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree;
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) preferred but not required;
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification highly desirable;
- Ability to pass pre-employment color blind test and adhere to COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
