Food and Beverage Host

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $25,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

As a Food and Beverage Host at IHOP, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Managing wait lists and ensuring timely seating
• Processing To-Go and Delivery Orders
• Providing menu recommendations and additional information
• Upselling additional products when appropriate

You will also be responsible for communicating order details to the kitchen staff, delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion, and collecting bill payments.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Prior experience as a host or in a similar customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
