Cruise Holiday Sales Executive

Are you passionate about selling cruise holidays and delivering remarkable customer experiences? We're looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team as a Cruise Holiday Sales Consultant.
We offer a dynamic and fast-paced working environment where you'll have the opportunity to sell our customers their dream cruise while providing exceptional service. Our Sales Concierge undertake a comprehensive training program, ensuring they're equipped with the skills and knowledge to succeed in this role.
As a Cruise Holiday Sales Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Selling cruise holidays over the phone and online chat across all cruise lines, tailoring packages to fit customers' specific requirements.
- Converting incoming calls and online chats into bookings, meeting personal and team targets.
- Following up leads, acting on customer buying signals, and maximising sales opportunities.
- Delivering agreed customer and sales targets (KPIs).
- Following company processes to ensure accurate booking completion.
- Providing remarkable customer service by building rapport, understanding customer needs, and encouraging loyalty and retention.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A passion for selling cruises.
- Previous cruise sales experience in retail or travel agent/tour operator environments is preferred.
- Experience using cruise line systems is also beneficial.
- Proven experience of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
