Bright Horizons is seeking a dedicated and caring Child Care Teacher to join our team at Laurel Heights in San Francisco, California. As a Bright Horizons Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children every day.

Competitive Salary: $25.75 - $31.25 / hour

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging activities based on children's interests and needs.
  • Communicate daily with parents, documenting and sharing important milestones in their child's day.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by following established procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 12 ECE units completed, including Child Development, Child Family Community, and two curriculum courses. Infant/Toddler class required for infant or toddler positions.
  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred.
  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
