Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machinist to join our team at Entegee. As a CNC Milling Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex CNC milling machines to produce high-precision parts for various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and operate CNC 5-axis milling machines to manufacture parts according to engineering specifications.
  • Run short cycle times for extended periods where manufacturing processes are stable, ensuring high-quality parts and efficient production.
  • Operate multiple machines simultaneously, depending on job complexity, to meet production demands.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of CNC Milling machining experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding work instructions, fixture alignment, tooling information, and part loading instructions.
  • Experience with Fanuc computer controls and ability to pick up worksheets and tram tools to run true.
  • Knowledge of cutter compensation and making correct offset adjustments.
  • Capability to select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and tool holders for various jobs.
  • Familiarity with geometric tolerances and principles (GD&T) and ability to read and interpret engineering instructions, travelers, and blueprints.
