The Family Nurse Practitioner at Fast Pace Health plays a vital role in providing comprehensive patient care, leading clinic staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities
  • Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, ensuring quality professional services, and promoting patient satisfaction.
  • Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians, maintaining behavior compliant with Federal and State regulations.
  • Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  • Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice.
  • A Masters Degree in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner License.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
