Job Overview

The Delta-T Group is seeking a skilled Certified Restraints Trainer to provide training for Behavior Aide and Instructional Aides in the Richmond, VA area. This will be an as-needed basis for new staff members.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced trainer who can deliver high-quality instruction in restraints training for school-based staff in Virginia. The ideal candidate will have weekend availability and be certified in Tova/Mandt/CPI or similar training programs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions on restraints procedures to Behavior Aide and Instructional Aides
  • Provide certification to participants upon completion of training
  • Train independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • Current certification in Tova/Mandt/CPI or similar restraints training program
  • Able to produce training certificates for participants
  • Experience in independent training
  • Weekend availability

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects the skills and expertise required for this role.
