Behavioral Health Training Specialist

Job Overview
The Delta-T Group is seeking a skilled Certified Restraints Trainer to provide training for Behavior Aide and Instructional Aides in the Richmond, VA area. This will be an as-needed basis for new staff members.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced trainer who can deliver high-quality instruction in restraints training for school-based staff in Virginia. The ideal candidate will have weekend availability and be certified in Tova/Mandt/CPI or similar training programs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on restraints procedures to Behavior Aide and Instructional Aides
- Provide certification to participants upon completion of training
- Train independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Current certification in Tova/Mandt/CPI or similar restraints training program
- Able to produce training certificates for participants
- Experience in independent training
- Weekend availability

Salary Estimate
