Job Title: Registered Nurse

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are committed to providing high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular wellness visits for all residents to assess their health and well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Director and community team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident health status to the Resident Care Director and attending physician.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including medication and treatment profiles.
  • Participate in Sunrise Quality Assurance Meetings and Clinical Meetings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality care standards.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an approved college or school of nursing.
  • Current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Minimum of one year experience in home health, assisted living, hospital, or long-term care environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and methods applied to health and wellness resident care, and federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours, available to our customers at peak service delivery days and times.
