About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Team Lead to join our dynamic team at MCI Careers. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in call center management, with a proven track record of driving sales through the actions of others. You will be responsible for coaching and developing your team members on customer service processes and best practices, as well as managing metrics and performance criteria to improve call center productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and personal excellence within the team.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in call center management.
  • An Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong supervisory experience, including staff development and coaching.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
