Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive compensation package that consists of a base salary, monthly bonus, and individual performance incentives. The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 to $80,000, which includes a minimum guarantee of $23/hour for 6 months, with opportunities to earn up to $27/hour during this time. Additionally, you will receive on average 5 hours per week of overtime pay.

Job Description

As a Retail Manager in Training, you will be responsible for learning all the products, services, sales processes, and operational needs of the business. This includes:

  • Demonstrating a customer-first mentality and greeting customers, determining their needs, and solving problems by asking questions.
  • Selling add-on items, participating in retail store and commercial sales activities to achieve sales goals and bonuses.
  • Operating technology-based Point of Sale & Product Look-up system to complete sales transactions.
  • Installing large and small batteries in various devices, including cellphones/tablets.
  • Functioning as a team player and collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Maintaining a clean and full store appearance, building displays, and preparing the store for daily opening and closing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage confrontational situations in a controlled and courteous manner.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with a basic understanding of electronics and the ability to accurately read gauges and work with hands.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including peak seasons and special events.

Work Environment

This position requires the associate to regularly stand, walk, and use hands to handle or touch; frequently talk, hear, and lift up to 50 pounds; and occasionally sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach above shoulders, and lift more than 50 pounds.
