About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Recruitment Development Intern. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the staffing industry and develop your skills in sales and recruitment.

Responsibilities
  • Meet with our sales team to discuss client positions and develop recruitment strategies
  • Sourcing candidates via job sites and our proprietary database
  • Conducting 40-60 calls daily and 30 candidate phone interviews a week
  • Working closely with Account Manager mentors to learn and role-play
  • Cold calling clients, setting meetings, and joining the AM on those meetings
  • Presenting monthly to discuss development and feedback
Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are driven by the thrill of fast-paced, in-person sales and are eager to learn and grow with our company. If you are a people person who is urgent, aggressive, and direct, and is not afraid to take on new challenges, we want to hear from you.

Compensation

As an intern, you will receive a competitive hourly rate ranging from $16/hr - $28.80/hr, dependent on office location. If offered a full-time role after graduation, salaries range from $37,000- $66,560 annually, dependent on office locations with $5,000 in LTIPs (Long Term Incentive Plan).
