### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Caliber Auto Care. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our automotive services.

### Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner, both in person and over the phone
* Listen to and document customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer needs
* Recommend services based on your knowledge and communicate any additional recommendations from the Automotive Technician to the customer
* Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating an understanding of the product and associated service requirements
* Provide customers with accurate quotes, including cost and time of completion, and update them throughout the day on the status of their services
* Follow proper procedures when cashing out a customer's ticket, including a review of the completed multi-point inspection and explanation of applicable warranties
* Conduct post-repair and declined services follow-up phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction

### Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred, but not required
* Professional appearance and ability to work in a process-driven environment
* Valid driver's license, or obtain a valid driver's license within 30 days of hire date
* Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays
