Inspector - License & Cert HCS Specialist

As a dedicated professional, you will conduct on-site inspections, complaint and incident investigations, and comprehensive surveys to determine provider compliance with federal and state health and safety regulations. Your expertise will ensure the well-being and safety of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site inspections and investigations to assess provider compliance with regulations
Communicate effectively with providers and stakeholders to resolve issues and concerns
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members and others
Collaborate with program managers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Four-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Qualified Intellectual Disability Professionals (QIDP) or current license/registration as a nurse or social worker preferred
Experience in conducting investigations related to quality outcomes and working with individuals with mental illness, intellectual or developmental disabilities
