LPN Long Term Care Healthcare Professional

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality care to residents in long-term care facilities. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of registered nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver essential nursing care.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care
- Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop effective care plans
- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong clinical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary of $24-$36 per hour, depending on experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Requirements- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing board
- Ongoing education and training requirements
