Business Development Representative

Caring Transitions of Lexington/Bedford is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to drive sales growth and expand our customer base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prospecting new sales leads, qualifying existing accounts, and developing strategic relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and qualify leads: Engage with potential clients, assess their needs, and prepare them for our Account Executives.
- Manage current accounts: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, create brand awareness, and encourage referrals.
- Customer support: Provide exceptional service to clients, identify areas for improvement, and suggest new products or services.
Requirements:
- BS degree in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with sales techniques, including cold calls
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
