Job Title: Pacu Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Pacu Nurse to join our team at Proliance Highlands Ambulatory Surgery Center in Issaquah, Washington.

Job Summary

The Pacu Nurse will perform pre-surgical nursing assessments, provide education to patients, and evaluate care needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in the OR, Recovery Room, Intensive Care, or Emergency Room and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the healthcare team to provide optimal care to patients
  • Maintain a positive and caring attitude with patients, physicians, and staff
  • Assist in patient education and ensure proper supplies and equipment are available
  • Document patient care and continue education to meet State requirements
  • Display professionalism and take an active role on committees within the department
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current State licensure and CPR, ACLS, and PALS accreditation
  • Two years of experience in the OR, Recovery Room, Intensive Care, or Emergency Room
