We are seeking a highly skilled EDI Lead to join our team at Stryker. As an EDI Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of EDI Analysts and coordinating daily priorities and activities. You will also be responsible for the professional development of your team members and the overall performance of the team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EDI, Oracle ERP, and customer service and accounts receivable. They will also have experience with EDI solutions, including X12, EDIFACT, and XML. Leadership experience is highly preferred, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment is essential.

The EDI Lead will be responsible for setting up and maintaining EDI master data related to CSR, trading partners, and pricing contracts. They will also work with new accounts to create mapping requirement specifications from trading partner guidelines. Additionally, they will partner with internal and external stakeholders to plan, test, and implement all changes to ensure that solutions operate as envisioned.

The EDI Lead will design, write requirements, and assist IT to develop, test, and implement EDI solutions to meet enhancement requests from Trading Partners and Business Teams. They will also address technical and functional issues related to EDI, engaging IT and functional resources as required.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain processes within the medical device industry and experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodology. They will also be able to train internal business colleagues on EDI and EDI systems.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,300 - $156,900, plus bonus eligibility and benefits.
