Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team at our Belmont location. As a key member of our Maintenance Department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health, welfare, safety, and satisfaction of our residents. Your hands-on approach and technical expertise will be essential in maintaining our facilities, equipment, and grounds.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the upkeep of our campuses, including grounds, building, and equipment
- Assist the Director of Plant Operations with the overall operation of the Maintenance Department
- Ensure the health, welfare, safety, and satisfaction of our residents
- Perform hands-on tasks, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with technical trades and life safety codes
- Knowledge of electrical systems, painting, and HVAC work is strongly preferred
- Prior experience in the healthcare field is a plus
