Mechanical Engineer for US Embassy Office Annex and Embassy Upgrade Project

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing critical engineering, construction quality assurance, and technical oversight for the New US Embassy Office Annex and Embassy Upgrade project.

The project involves the construction of a new 14-story Office Annex (NOX) with tiered glass volumes covered in slats to mitigate the hot and humid climate, as well as a 39-bed Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR), CACs (Consular and Pedestrian), a 2-story Utility Building, and 365 vehicle surface parking.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for performing technical inspections of mechanical work, monitoring construction contractor's quality control program, and reviewing project drawings to ensure compliance.

Requirements for the position include a US Govt. Secret Clearance or higher, a US Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, and 7 years of construction experience.
