Parts Sales Specialist

C & B Operations, LLC, a leading family-owned business, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Specialist to join its team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling, receiving, and delivering parts and accessories to meet the needs of our customers.

• Sales and Customer Service: Promote and sell products and/or services on and off-site to meet customer needs, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive experience.
• Parts Supply: Supply Service Technicians with parts as required, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Merchandise Display: Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays, ensuring a visually appealing and organized store environment.
• Inventory Management: Verify receipting-in of shipments and assist with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
• Store Maintenance: Assist in keeping the parts department clean and orderly, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
• Issue Resolution: Follow up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Equipment Maintenance: Assist in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

• Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
• Physical Demands: Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Teamwork: Ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
• Forklift Operation: Ability to operate a forklift, preferred but not required.
• Basic Knowledge: Basic parts and machinery knowledge, as well as basic data entry/keyboarding skills.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, preferred but not required.
