**Job Description**

This role involves analyzing customer specifications, developing solutions that meet customer requirements and industry standards, and maintaining workflow for engineering change notices. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under tight deadlines.

**Responsibilities**

  • Analyze customer specifications and develop solutions that meet customer requirements and industry standards
  • Maintain workflow for engineering change notices including changes to routers, bills of material, and drawings
  • Evaluate engineering work orders to ensure the correct drawings and revisions are referenced; partner with Operations for any adjustments needed
  • Perform design and safety calculations; acquire new product certifications
  • Support all company departments by providing engineering solutions while maintaining ongoing solutions projects

**Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on experience)

**Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from an ABET accredited university required
  • Two or more years of experience in mechanical engineering is a plus
  • Solid general knowledge of details, methods, and layouts used in drafting component/parts drawings and engineering graphic representations relevant to a manufacturing environment
