Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Technician to join our team at Trane Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for commissioning, programming, and servicing our advanced climate solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commission and program our DDC controls systems to ensure seamless operation.
  • Perform on-site installation, repair, and maintenance of our climate solutions.
  • Document point-to-point verification, sequence of operations validation, and job close-out requirements.
  • Represent the company as the primary customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and customers to understand project requirements and coordinate on-site work.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with 3-5 years of experience in HVAC/Controls.
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with handheld computers.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience with DDC controls systems is preferred.
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to safely operate a vehicle and wear personal protective equipment.
  • Physical stamina to perform job duties, including lifting, bending, and climbing ladders.
  • Ability to work in variable weather conditions and access rooftops.
