About the Role

This is a part-time position with a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, offering weekly pay and direct deposit, paid time off, vacation days, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of PA, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN), and proven experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards is essential, along with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff, ensuring effective coordination and communication among team members.
  • Develop and implement nursing strategies and objectives to enhance patient care outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with staff other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
  • Oversee resource allocation for the nursing program.
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with advancements in nursing practices and technologies.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of PA.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (Preferred)
  • Proven experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
  • Minimum of one year experience in providing medical, oncology, home health care, or hospice nursing preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to be hands on in administration of patient care.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, make informed decisions, and solve problems.
  • Proficiency in using healthcare management systems and software.
