About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Director to oversee the management and operations of our cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a team and make a meaningful impact on patient care.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of program strategies to achieve clinical and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with medical directors and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, performance, and professional development to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation, billing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain expertise in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation best practices, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of inpatient nursing experience, including critical care.
  • At least 2 years of experience in cardiac rehab.
  • A Master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration is preferred.
  • BCLS and ACLS certifications are required.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. They will be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and committed to teamwork and collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.
