Job Summary

As a Retail Merchandiser at Acosta Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. This is a unique opportunity to work independently as a representative of Acosta, building relationships with store associates and managers, and leveraging the support of our Walmart team nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Locate and stock merchandise in the backroom, ensuring products are properly displayed on the shelf.
  • Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in-store.
  • Use a company-issued mobile device to complete tasks, navigate multiple applications, and answer simple questions within Acosta's field technology.
  • Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success and represent Acosta and our clients in assigned Walmart stores.
  • Partner with Walmart store management and associates to achieve goals and collaborate with direct managers via email, phone, and text.
Requirements
  • Access to reliable transportation to visit multiple retail locations in your area.
  • Ability to work independently, yet effectively communicate with store associates, managers, and Acosta team members.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including Sundays through Saturdays, with start times between 6am-9am and work hours between 6am-6pm.
