Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Telecommunications Representative to join our team at CC Consultants. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Communication: Meet with customers daily to provide product and service information, document complaints and questions, and process order requests.
  • Rapport Building: Quickly qualify and establish trust with potential new customers to ensure open lines of communication.
  • Problem Resolution: Respond promptly to customer complaints and provide effective solutions to maintain superior customer satisfaction levels.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in our telecommunications products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of orders, escalation requests, comments, and complaints, filing accordingly.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing positions.
  • Communication Skills: Natural communicator with the ability to build rapport and establish trust in fast-paced settings.
  • Calm Under Pressure: Ability to stay calm and maintain a solution-oriented mindset when working through challenging situations.
  • Positive Attitude: Confident demeanor with a positive attitude towards delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Organizational Skills: Superior organization and time management skills to prioritize multiple projects, responsibilities, and requests.
