About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bathroom Installation Specialist to join our team at Five Star Bath Solutions in South Atlanta. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Salary: $40-$60 per hour, depending on experience (approximately $80,000-$120,000 per year)

Responsibilities
  • Lead the installation of wet area items, including showers, bathtubs, and shower doors
  • Attend installer training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Furnish own tools and miscellaneous supplies, or obtain company-provided equipment as needed
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to industry standards and company policies
  • Handle small tasks and problem-solve independently, utilizing company apps to document progress and track equipment/supplies
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a handyman or contractor is required, with a strong background in bathroom installations
  • Familiarity with various tools and equipment is essential, along with ability to handle physical workload and work effectively in teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask is critical, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
