Business Systems Analyst

This Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting business stakeholders and end users with SAP, CRM, and other satellite systems within Field Service. They will need to be able to promptly learn and understand the system solutions, business processes, issues, and data challenges of the clients Field Service organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or SAP SD (sales and distribution module) and excellent Microsoft Excel skills. They will also have experience with Power Query or SQL and be familiar with analyzing data.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues from relevant applications, as well as preparing materials, documentation, and wikis for Business Systems processes and procedures. You will also lead testing efforts of new software releases and enhancement implementation from the end user perspective, working with developers and end users to ensure that business requirements are fulfilled.

This is a role that requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as you will be working with HQ counterparts for alignment on solutions and business processes. You will also be responsible for identifying issues, tracking and managing them, and ensuring that they are resolved in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree or above
  • 2+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or SAP SD (sales and distribution module)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Familiarity analyzing data
  • Experience with Power Query or SQL

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • SAP SD certification
  • Semiconductor industry experience
  • SharePoint experience
