We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at RASA, a One Michelin Star-rated restaurant in downtown Burlingame. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences by crafting classic and innovative cocktails, interacting with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking and replenishing inventory and supplies
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with new trends and techniques in mixology

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixology, including ingredients, techniques, and presentation
• Computer literacy and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
