Job OverviewWe're seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Seasonal Park Ambassadors. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interact with guests from diverse backgrounds, and be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities- Lead Behind-the-Scenes tours at Busch Gardens and Water Country USA, sharing fascinating facts about the park, rides, shows, and restaurants with our guests.
- Provide exceptional guest service, going above and beyond to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience.
- Staff the Guest Service Center and Tours & Education Center at Busch Gardens to up-sell guests on unique experiences offered at the park.
- Assist with other jobs in Park Operations, including Rides, Theatres, and Guest Arrival, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Previous Tour Guide experience is preferred, but not required.
- Able to operate independently and make sound decisions when leading tours and interacting with guests.
- Strong communication skills and ability to speak confidently in front of large groups.
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Comfortable working long hours outside, walking long distances, and standing for extended periods of time.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $35,000 - $45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
