**Job Description**

We are seeking an Office Specialist 2 Coordinator to join our team in Salem, Oregon.

In this role, you will provide administrative support for the Case Intake team, performing tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.

You will work closely with our team to ensure the accurate and timely processing of child support cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming mail and correspondence.
  • Initiate and respond to phone calls and emails.
  • Update and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Code cases for appropriate course of action.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Two years of general clerical experience that includes keyboarding, word processing, or other experience generating documents.
  • An associate degree in any field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to accurately keyboard 45+ wpm.
