Compensation and Benefits

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.00/hr to $18.00/hr based on relative experience. In addition to a competitive hourly wage, our Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser team members receive benefits such as 401k Savings Plan, Mileage reimbursement (according to company policy), Strong career advancement opportunities within the company, Health and Well-Being Program, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Internet reimbursement of $10.00 when a company device is not provided, and Safety equipment such as kneeling pads, safety knives, and PPE.

About the Job

The Part-time Nabisco Merchandiser will be responsible for fulfilling the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. This role requires an ambassador of world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among other delicious industry-leading snacks.

  • Fulfilling customer merchandising needs through effective communication and relationship-building skills
  • Stocking store shelves and maintaining or changing out displays
  • Representing Mondelz in front of in-store employees and working closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelz products on shelves and construct promotional displays

This role is perfect for individuals who possess a positive and professional attitude, are self-motivated, and can work independently. A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance are also required. Additionally, this role involves physically moving products from stock rooms to store floors and stocking shelves, so individuals should be able to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally push/pull over 50 pounds.

Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
  • Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Catskill, NY
  • Schedule availability: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and one weekend day
