Dialysis Patient Care Role Overview

At Innovative Renal Care, we are committed to providing exceptional care to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team.

About the Role

In this vital position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care before, during, and after dialysis treatment. This includes monitoring patients, measuring and recording vital signs, initiating cannulation, and ensuring proper hemodialysis machine setup.

Key Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • You must possess a strong desire to care for others and be comfortable working in an environment that involves blood and needles.
  • If you're an experienced PCT, you'll need current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO, or other state-approved certifications.
  • Additionally, experienced PCTs require current BLS/CPR certification.

Required Experience
  • 1-3 years: dialysis experience.

Education Required
  • A High School Diploma or better.

Licenses & Certifications Preferred
  • Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technologist.

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
