Position Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to foster and nurture customer relationships within the community, promoting a range of State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring follow-ups as necessary.
  • Implement a customer-centric, needs-based review process to inform clients about various insurance options.
  • Generate leads, arrange appointments, assess customer needs, and effectively market suitable products and services.

Qualifications
  • Preferred experience in sales (including outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • A genuine interest in how insurance and financial products assist individuals in managing everyday risks, recovering from unforeseen events, and achieving their aspirations.
  • Self-driven and motivated individual.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in marketing is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license.
  • Must be able to obtain Life and Health license.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours may be required.
